The following is a short synopsis of our Shadow Program. Bob has a limited number of people each year in his shadow program and the preferred schedule your are encouraged to use is the following agenda: Arrive at Boston Logan Airport on a Monday afternoon sometime between 2:00 and 5:00pm. We will pick you up at the airport. You will spend Monday evening with Bob getting any preliminary questions answered, then on Tuesday you will observe the firms sales meeting, a prospecting and accountability session which occurs daily and Bob's weekly team meeting as well as actual prospecting, listing and negotiating as the day requires. Later you will discuss your situation and how we can help you double plus your income.

The fee to shadow Bob is $3,500 payable in advance plus an additional $500 per additional team member you may wish to bring.

Should you decide to participate in this program, it would be helpful to Bob if you would please fax or bring your last 3 years units and gross commission income, a copy of your current business plan if you have one and the 5 things you would most like to accomplish when you shadow Bob for his review. We have a few selected dates available and would be happy to finalize arrangements convenient for you.  If you would like some references from people who have shadowed Bob, just let us know and we will give you a list.
