Background

Lillian has been cultivating business with builders and new-construction projects since the outset of her storied real estate career.   It’s been remarkably lucrative for her; about 65% of her business comes from builders.

Before establishing Lillian Montalto Signature Properties, Lillian was the #1 RE/MAX agent in New England – for nine consecutive years!  A RE/MAX Hall of Fame member, she has also been able to boast accolades such as #5 Re/MAX agent in the US, and #7 in the world.  Since setting out on her own, she has continued to uphold these high standards of productivity and remain a shining star in the Andover, MA real estate market.

When working with rookie agents, Lillian teaches them that it is imperative to gain visibility and a client base at the outset.  In her coaching program, Lillian focuses on three steps every agent should take:  creating a business plan; shadowing a top agent and prospecting.

Coaching

 Lillian's coaching program includes one on one coaching with 20+ real estate agents from around the world.  The coaching program consists of business planning, weekly phone and/or live real time video contact, as well as, daily accountability.  Lillian's students have enjoyed amazing results with her coaching program.  In addition, Lillian and Bob conduct group seminars for Realtors and other business people on a 3 meetings per year basis.  Each meeting is a 2 day interactive seminar environment.  For the last 5 years Lillian and Bob have also conducted an annual event called Money Matters, where they bring in world renown guest speakers for a 2 or 3 day session.
