Bob’s personal mission is to lead “by example” his associates, coaching students and firm to increased productivity, significantly increased profit and lives of magnificence that they don’t now believe are possible, or comprehend.
Visionary
Vision is the art of seeing the invisible, turning the “probably into the possible”. That is the essence of Bob Bohlen's work. Being the best at what he does is Bob - to him, it's as natural as breathing. Maybe
a childhood story can give you a good illustration of Bob. According to his sister Susan, when Bob was a youngster, he didn't build traditional sand castles like the other kids, he sculpted major metropolitan areas with underground subways and a working sewage system. This was just the beginning of an impressive record of accomplishments for him. His ambition has embodied itself in an entrepreneurial drive that has produced successful companies which Bob owned and operated in the fields of: residential building, farm management, real estate brokerage, interior design, document services, cattle breeding, land development, financial planning, cash crop farming, property auctions, agricultural workouts, title services, mortgage financing and real estate consulting and coaching.
Background
Bob personally has closed over 9,100 transactions totaling more than $2,000,000,000 worth of real estate during his 20 year real estate career. Ten times Bob was recognized as the #1 Prudential Real Estate agent in the world based on closed combined commission income (residential and commercial). Bob’s current activities include Board Chairman of Previewproperties.com, Title America, Property Mortgage, ANYI Management Co., and Bohlen Real Estate Corp. In addition for the past 2 years Bob has served as the Chairman of the University of Michigan Museum of Art Advisory Board and has oversaw the fund raising of $100,000,000 for the new museum addition. The new addition has already received International Architectural Awards. Bob lists and sells Real Estate each day and is probably the only practicing realtor coach who has compiled this sort of production track record.
Coaching
Bob’s coaching program includes one on one coaching with 40+ real estate agents from around the world. The coaching program consists of business planning, weekly phone and/or live real time video contact, as well as, daily accountability. Bob’s students have enjoyed amazing results with his coaching program (see comments following). In addition, Bob and Lillian conduct group seminars for Realtors and other business people on a 3 meetings per year basis. Each meeting is a 2 day interactive seminar environment. For 5 years Bob and Lillian conducted an annual event called Money Matters, where they brought in 8 – 10 world renown guest speakers for a 2 or 3 day session.
